Ethical Approach

Our task is to investigate and bring out information of value in settling a dispute. The ethos underlying our work is ensuring fairness for those involved, nothing we find is used for any other purpose.

Confidentiality

The code of conduct we apply in our mediation work is carried through to each section of activity. Every piece of information is regarded as confidential.

If you talk to staff in confidence, any information you supply will not be shared without your permission. This is not to hide anything, simply to respect good practice.

Communication

Our objective is providing you with useful information but that will be negated if facts are not clear and understood. This is the first need in all our communication.

Clients are also welcome to contact us at any time. Input may be wider but cases are normally managed by one person this end. You will be given a direct number.

Website Investigation

Technical analysis resolves many factors but website investigation can add depth, a website is more than code. Past or present management, how a site works with the web, both influence value, performance and ending a disagreement.

Web disputes are best supported by ensuring relevant information is available and understood by all parties. Neither is investigating a website necessarily intrusive, often raising points not known to either party will help both:

  • The history of a website or the domain this sits on.
  • Relationship to other sites and unconnected parties.
  • Factors effecting value when buying or selling a site.
  • Meeting the needs of litigation or your legal advisers.
  • Improving cooperation by ensuring facts are shared.

Facts are what we focus on during website investigation. We do not judge people or businesses, jump to conclusions, act in a way unfair to any party. Our only wish is to speed the end of a dispute.
