Expert Input

Wide Ranging

Our staff have experience on most types of websites and are likely to have investigated a considerable number in detail.

This will encompass small sites to complex ecommerce installations, build cost, search optimisation and wider business implications.

Understandable

Not everyone is as interested in the minutiae of a website as we are, or have time to look up definitions.

Our role is not only to understand the reality but to ensure you do so in the shortest time practical and with absolute clarity.

Fully Focused

Beyond a clear view, we recognise the importance of key questions relevant to the situation.

Whilst others can emerge during investigation, our entire focus is on meeting instructions and on the needs of the case.

Assisting The Legal Profession

Legal professionals handling a website dispute should be able to focus on the legal complexities and their clients. Our role is providing specialist support to help them take their case forward:

  • Informal or formal advice to clarify technical issues.
  • Help in assessing strengths and weaknesses.
  • Full reports if needed, or mature, balanced, oral evidence.

Initial advice may be required at short notice, with other aspects harder to consider until the technical background is clear. In most cases, we can supply core answers within a day or two.

An opportunity to talk through the position with one of our staff can also help with key points. They may not be able to offer detailed conclusions at an early stage but do bring considerable knowldege and honest opinions.

An Open and Neutral View

Websites differ but each case deserves straight answers. Our involvement could require a neutral view and in any event, little else helps. We have a responsibilty to provide expert advice or evidence which is not easily challenged.

You are welcome to contact us. We make no charge for talking with any member of the legal profession for as long as they wish. Our aim is seeing your clients served by ensuring their representatives receive the support they need.
