Assisting The Legal Profession
Legal professionals handling a website dispute should be able to focus on the legal complexities and their clients. Our role is providing specialist support to help them take their case forward:
- Informal or formal advice to clarify technical issues.
- Help in assessing strengths and weaknesses.
- Full reports if needed, or mature, balanced, oral evidence.
Initial advice may be required at short notice, with other aspects harder to consider until the technical background is clear. In most cases, we can supply core answers within a day or two.
An opportunity to talk through the position with one of our staff can also help with key points. They may not be able to offer detailed conclusions at an early stage but do bring considerable knowldege and honest opinions.
An Open and Neutral View
Websites differ but each case deserves straight answers. Our involvement could require a neutral view and in any event, little else helps. We have a responsibilty to provide expert advice or evidence which is not easily challenged.
