Terms and Conditions

The advice in the video is useful, as we hope our support is. From wide assistance with the web, we have never had a request for a refund, or serious dispute. A few odd misunderstandings have tended to be technical and always resolved.

We are a help organisation and work with businesses in an amicable way, as our policy statement suggests. We are however required to post the terms and conditions below and adhere to them, should that ever be necessary:

In using this website and associated services, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions posted below:

The following terminology applies to these terms and conditions, disclaimer notice and any or all current or ensuing agreements. Client, you and your refers to the person accessing this website and accepting the Service's terms and conditions. The Service, our, ourselves, we and us, refers to our service. Party, parties, or us, refers to both the client and ourselves, or either the client or ourselves.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the client in the most appropriate manner, by remote support, formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the client's needs in respect of provision of our stated services, in accordance with and subject to prevailing English law.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Disclaimer Exclusions & Limitations

The information on this web site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website Report Service:

Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and it's contents or which is or may be provided by any third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Service's literature.

Excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website, or the services offered. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of business or you have advised this Service of the possibility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, software, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential or incidental damage.

This Service does not however exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected.

Payment

Payment for our services is often wholly, or partly in advance. We reserve the right to amend available methods but in the normal course of events, payment can be made by bank transfer, through another bank, or the majority of credit/debit cards.

In order to maintain the level of pricing we wish to implement as a not for profit support organisation, any services which require payment on sight of invoice are payable on the day of that invoice, unless there is prior agreement to the contrary.

Cancellation Policy

Even though instances are rare in our field of work, we do offer a fair cancellation policy against the costs posted on relevant pages of this website. We would however ask you to note the following:

Reports are only compiled after discussion by both parties and often after payment has been made. Need for cancellation is therefore less than likely, however, you should note that the report service is exempt from cancellation under:

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
Section 13 - (1)
(a) For the supply of services if the supplier has complied with regulation 8(3) and performance of the contract has begun with the consumer's agreement before end of the cancellation period applicable under regulation 12.

Termination of Agreements & Refunds

The client has the right to terminate any service for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered where a service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway.

Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused services, shall be refunded.

We also have a right to terminate due to reasonable cause and in that circumstance, provide a refund proportionate to work not completed.

These terms and conditions shall not be amended, modified, varied or supplemented except in writing and signed by a duly authorised representative of the Service.

The Service reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
